This beautiful patinated and gilt bronze 'Etruscan' coffee table by Christopher Chodoff, circa 1984, features beautiful details including the gilt bronze snake which appears to be crawling on the x-shaped stretcher knotted together in the center connecting four textured bronze legs with animal leg and hoof details.

This Diego Giacometti and Ilana Goor styled cocktail table would work great in a Brutalist, Post-Modern, Mid-Century Modern, Space Age Mod, Scandinavian Modern or Danish Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a Contemporary or Zen / Minimalism room. Also consider mixing it up in a Traditional, Transitional, Hollywood Regency, Classical or Art Deco room with a splash of juxtaposition. Would also be an apt choice in a commercial project such as a hotel lobby lounge or members club, creative design studio or high-rise executive office.
