This incredible reclining sofa by De Sede, signed with original De Sede emblem on the lower side, the leading Swiss design company since the 1960s, is skillfully crafted in Switzerland from thick, heavy, quality black leather. While this is technically a two-seater, it is wide enough to seat three people. For two, it is a very large sized loveseat settee that is perfect for a TV or Media room. The head bolster pillow and wide arms make this the ideal sofa for comfort, entertainment and relaxation. This rare model is hard to find - so interior designers and collectors - get this before it sells to someone else!

The beautiful light patina on the gorgeous aged black leather is simply incredible. The leather is the kind of heavy aged leather that you want age and wear on. This fine example has the perfect amount of patina for you to take over from, and add decades of wear to. No rips or tears, no structural issues. Only those age marks that give warmth, character and sophistication.

The two independent seat and seat-back cushions reclines to provide additional comfort and relaxation and are very easy to adjust while seated. You can control how far the recline adjusts, up to around 6 different stops from upright to reclined.

This two-seat sofa would work great in a Mid-Century Modern or 1960s-1970s home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a Danish modern, European contemporary or Post-Modern room. Also consider mixing it up in an American Traditional, French Classical or Art Deco room with a splash of juxtaposition.
