Limited Edition Wild Horses Tapestry by Helen Webber Dated 1979
Wild horses couldn't drag me away - from this beautiful tapestry! But the owner was set on listing this gorgeous piece, unfortunately for me! This exquisite tapestry was crafted by San Francisco based artist Helen Webber. The tapestry is fabricated by use of collage technique by utilizing and arrangement of high end materials including, worsteds, jacquards, velvets, brocades and hand woven woolens. A variety of yarns surround the edges of each piece of fabric, blending harmoniously into the tapestry. The original cloth label by the designer is found on the back numbered 36/100 Helen Webber San Francisco, 1979. There is a sturdy metal rod attached to the top of the tapestry from which this piece can be suspended.
