The gorgeous vintage tufted brown soft and comfy velvet upholstery which floats on top of a curvaceous walnut frame. Signed underneath with its original Thayer Coggin High Point label and order card with a manufacturing date of 11/21/2968. The Betty lounge chair is now back in production by Thayer Coggin however they changed it a little. Besides losing the button tufted seat and back, they also added an additional support bar in the back. And for collectors there is no question - this original 'real deal' Betty chair is far far superior to a new production example. Get this collectors piece for you or your client while it is still available, these signed examples with original velvet fabric don't come around often.

Good vintage condition with age appropriate wear. Some stains to fabric concentrated on the side as can be seen in photos. Some light fading. Otherwise very presentable and attractive in a vintage setting.
