Gracefully curved sectional attributed to Harvey Probber, illustrated by the designer's innovative modern style and use of understated contemporary lines. Paralleled in this sofa is his application of flexibility of function and use of independent geometric shapes that could also be pieced together.
This modular piece is covered in a contemporary moss-brown wool blend fabric, with metal upholstery hooks under the seat cushions to secure them. This sofa comprises of; a sweeping arch shape, perfect for fitting in to a room corner to optimize space, low tilted back, conical wood MCM legs and expansive seating area with open ends for perching, or to be utilized as a side table. It can also be separated and split in to two sections, allowing for even more seating and layout options.
Design schemes which this sofa could be incorporated are; contemporary, Minimalist, Mid-Century Modern and eclectic. Other alternative spaces could be an open concept studio, executive office, boutique hotel lobby or chic cocktail lounge.
