How does shipping work?

We offer a wide variety of logistical solutions and can ship to almost anywhere in the world. From White Glove and Expedited Courier services to Land, Sea and Air Freight and Custom Crating services - contact us to discuss which options would work best for your location.
 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost any destination in the world.  Our world-wide logistics team can assist with custom crating services and offer air and sea freight options to help you decide which is best for your location and needs.

Can you rush a shipment?

Absolutely! For domestic shipments we offer expedited courier services to all 48 contiguous states, and expedited air freight for international shipments.

Can I pick up?

Certainly! Contact us to find out which location your item is at, and we can work with you to schedule a local pick up.  Our staff can assist you or your shipper with your local pick up.

Where are you located?

We have two locations currently, one in Long Beach, CA and the other just outside of Dallas, TX.

What is your return policy?

Generally, we offer a 14-day return period with a 15% restocking fee. In addition, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same condition it was when it left our facility.  However, this can vary on a per-item basis, so please review our full return policy to view exclusions.

Can I make an offer?

Definitely! We love getting offers and will always do our best to accept them - so please reach out, and let’s get you a great deal!

Do you do consignment?

We do on occasion. However, it is greatly dependent on what item(s) you have. Please send us clear photos and details on your items, and we will let you know if we can offer consignment to you.

Would you like to buy my item?

Well, that greatly depends on what you have 😁 So send us clear photos and details on what you have, and we will let you know if it is something we are interested in purchasing.
