Vladimir Kagan for American Leather 'Zoe' Sofa in Red Alcantara, Signed
This spectacular example of Vladimir Kagan design was produced by American Leather for a short time during the early to mid 2000's, in its original 'Ruby' Alcantara Ultrasuede, signed underneath with original American Leather inventory label and American Upholstery (a division of American Leather) tag on the back side. Modeled after the early Kagan-Dreyfuss 'Serpentine sofa, the later 'Shorty' sofa by Vladimir Kagan Designs and the 1980s Directional 'Cloud' sofa, this 'Zoe' sofa by American Leather encapsulates all the organic form and shape as the earlier examples but with a slight modern twist.
